3. Data Protection Measures
All subprocessors are required to:
Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect Personal Data, particularly sensitive data such as credentials or breach-related information.
Process personal data only as instructed by us.
Maintain confidentiality of personal data.
Notify us of any data breaches promptly.
Assist with data subject rights requests.
Delete or return personal data upon termination of services.
4. Changes to Subprocessors
We may add or remove subprocessors from time to time as needed to provide our services. When we make changes to our list of subprocessors, we will update this page and notify our customers.
If you have any objections to a new subprocessor, please contact us within 30 days of notification.
5. International Transfers
Some of our subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). For these transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Adequacy decisions by the European Commission.
Other approved transfer mechanisms under applicable data protection laws.
