Clerk

Purpose: Authentication and user management

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer data (login credentials, authentication tokens, user profiles)

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and hosting services

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer data, application data, logs

Fly.io

Purpose: Server hosting and global edge deployment

Location: United States / Global

Data Types: Customer data, application data, logs

Google

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and hosting services

Location: United States / Global

Data Types: Customer data, analytics data, application data, logs

Resend

Purpose: Functional & transactional email delivery service

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer contact data (email addresses), communication content, delivery logs

Retool

Purpose: Internal admin tools for customer support and operations

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer data, support-related data, internal operations data

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing and billing services

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer payment details, billing information, transaction data

Sentry

Purpose: Application monitoring, error tracking, and debugging

Location: United States

Data Types: Application data, error logs (may include limited customer-identifiable data if present in logs)

Trigger.dev

Purpose: Workflow automation and background job orchestration

Location: United States

Data Types: Customer data processed through automated tasks, application data, job execution logs

Zendesk

Purpose: Customer support and ticketing platform

Location: United States / Global

Data Types: Customer contact details, support communications, metadata, and logs

3. Data Protection Measures

All subprocessors are required to:

  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect Personal Data, particularly sensitive data such as credentials or breach-related information.

  • Process personal data only as instructed by us.

  • Maintain confidentiality of personal data.

  • Notify us of any data breaches promptly.

  • Assist with data subject rights requests.

  • Delete or return personal data upon termination of services.

4. Changes to Subprocessors

We may add or remove subprocessors from time to time as needed to provide our services. When we make changes to our list of subprocessors, we will update this page and notify our customers.

If you have any objections to a new subprocessor, please contact us within 30 days of notification.

5. International Transfers

Some of our subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). For these transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

  • Adequacy decisions by the European Commission.

  • Other approved transfer mechanisms under applicable data protection laws.
