Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a proactive and native English speaking customer-focused Customer Success Manager. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support, guidance, and strategies to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Have a key role in the management of our global B2B and B2C clients.

  • Onboard new clients and provide training to help them maximize the value of our CRM platform.

  • Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities to optimize their experience.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.

  • Create and maintain knowledge base materials, including FAQs and tutorials.

  • Drive customer retention, upselling, and overall satisfaction.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role.

  • Native English speaker.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software solutions.

  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
